Expungement, correction, and later reporting can also make an old copy misleading. Verify the current disposition with the Richland County Clerk of Circuit Court, the agency that created the report, or the Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau.
Treat every record you find as a starting point, not a verdict. Only the originating agency can confirm what a record currently says and whether it is still releasable.
